Boney Kapoor has been remaking several hit films. The renowned producer had recently produced the remakes of ‘Pink’ in Tamil as ‘Nerkonda Parvai’ starring Ajith Kumar and in Telugu as ‘Vakeel Saab’ starring Pawan Kalyan. Boney Kapoor is also producing Ajith's upcoming film Valimai, directed by H. Vinoth. Valimai is a commercial entertainer with high emotional quotient. Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi will be seen playing Ajith's romantic interest in the film.

Boney Kapoor's production company named Bayview Projects has acquired the remake rights of Helen, One, Comali and Article 15.

One

Malayalam movie One depicted the political theme and ideologies of the government and the duties of an ideal Chief Minister. Mammootty essayed the role of the CM of Kerala, who brings about a Right to Recall tool against corrupt ministers.

Anil Kapoor will play the lead role in the Hindi version of One. The project is likely to go on floors in the first quarter of 2022. One malayalam movie currently streaming on Netflix.

Helen

Jhanvi Kapoor to act in the Hindi remake of Helan, to be produced by her dad Boney Kapoor in association with Zee Studios and directed by Mathukutty Xavier. The film was remade into Tamil as Anbirkiniyal.

Boney Kapoor will kickstart the Hindi remake of Jayam Ravi's Tamil film Comali with his son Arjun Kapoor in the lead role. Comali is about a man who faces difficulties in adjusting with the current era after waking up from coma. Comali currently available on Hotstar.

Article 15

Actor Udhayanidhi Stalin will star in the Tamil remake of critically acclaimed Bollywood movie Article 15. Helmed by Arunraja Kamaraj, the social drama will be bankrolled by Zee Studios and Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP. Tanya Ravichandran has been roped in to play the female lead role. Actor Aari, who plays a small but crucial role. The film shoot in Pollachi, Chennai.
