Recently released malayalam hit film Nayattu is getting remade in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages, which was directed and co-produced by Martin Prakkat. The crime thriller is written by Shahi Kabir of ‘Joseph’ fame. The story revolves around Three police officers become pawns for unscrupulous lawmakers when they are framed in an incident amid political elections and must flee to evade arrest.
Kunchako Boban, Joju George and Nimisha Sajayan play principal characters in the film. The film received a good response from both critics and audiences and is considered as one of the most successful Malayalam films.
John Abraham is said to have pocketed the film's remake rights for the Hindi version under his banner, JA Entertainment. South superstar Allu Arjun will be bankrolling the Telugu edition under the banner of Geetha Arts. Tamil remake is expected to be helmed by director Gautham Vasudev Menon. An official announcement is highly awaited though.
John Abraham is also producing another Malayalam hit action thriller — Ayyappanum Koshiyum. The actor next will be seen in Satyameva Jayate 2, Ek Villain Returns and Pathan.
Currently Allu Arjun is sharing the screen space with Rashmika Mandanna in Pushpa which is being helmed by Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame
Navarasa, a nine-part Tamil series, one of the segment in the series titled Guitar Kambi Mela Nindru directed by Gautham, starring Suriya in the lead. The series released on Netflix from August 6.
Nayattu currently roll it on OTT streaming platform Netflix.
