Hansal Mehta’s much-talked-about Hindi film ‘Faraaz’ is finally releasing on OTT, much to the delight of the numerous fans of the director. The film will premiere on streaming giant Netflix on 30th March at 11.30 PM. Faraaz released in theatres in India on 3rd February 2023, and received much appreciation from critics and audiences alike.
Synopsis: The film is centred on the horrific 2016 terrorist attack on the Holey Artisan Bakery in Dhaka, in which 29 people were killed, including 22 civilians, 2 police officers and 5 terrorists.
Shashi Kapoor's grandson Zahan Kapoor made debut with this film, while Paresh Rawal’s son Aditya Rawal plays one of the terrorists in ‘Faraaz’. Juhi Babbar, Aamir Ali, Jatin Sarin, Sachin Lalwani, Pallak Lalwani, among others, form the rest of the cast.
