Aishwarya Rajesh, who is renowned for giving stellar performances, will next be seen in the upcoming women-focused film Farhana, which is being made by the well-known production company Dream Warrior Pictures. The film is an emotional thriller directed by Nelson Venkatesan of Oru Naal Koothu and Monster fame.
The film was initially slated to release in January 2023, but got postponed due to unknown reasons. Now, the makers have announced that the film will hit the screens on May 12, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
The film also has Selva Raghavan, Jithan Ramesh and Aishwarya Dutta in important roles. Aishwarya Rajesh apparently plays a Muslim girl named Farhana in the film. While the first look poster had her wearing a blue and black dress and also wearing a headphone with a mic, suggesting she might be playing a Tele caller in the film, the teaser reveals the same with adult content being the main domain of the call center.
The photography and music departments were overseen by Gokul Benoy and Justin Prabhakaran, respectively.
