After delivering a solid performance in Farzi, Shahid Kapoor is back with yet another OTT project. Titled "Bloody Daddy" is set to have a direct-to-digital release on Jio Cinema on Friday, June 9. Interestingly, the viewers can watch the film for free on the platform without paying any subscription FREE. The high-octane action film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar of 'Tiger Zinda Hai' fame.
Apart from Shahid, Bloody Daddy also stars Sanjay Kapoor, Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal, Ankur Bhatia and Vivan Bhatena. The movie is an official adaptation of the 2011 French film Nuit Blanche and the original movie was earlier adapted in 2005, in the Tamil language, as Thoongaa Vanam starring the legendary Kamal Haasan. Bloody Daddy features Shahid as a narcotics officer going head to head with a drug lord after his son gets kidnapped.
