Tiku Weds Sheru, the upcoming Hindi rom-com film is coming straight to OTT. The film is scheduled to premiere on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on June 23, 2023. It will be directed by Sai Kabir who earlier directed Kangana’s Revolver Rani (2014), it features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur in lead roles. The movie will mark the debut of Avneet Kaur.
Produced by Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika Films, "Tiku Weds Sheru" is billed as a tale of two eccentric, starry-eyed characters, who want to make it big in Bollywood. The movie showcases their journey along with the struggles and the chaos that they face. The film marks Kangana’s first venture into the digital world as a producer, following her co-directing debut in the 2019 blockbuster ‘Manikarnika.’
Avneet Kaur is a TV actress known in Indian households for playing the role of Princess Yasmine on the serial Aladdin- Naam Toh Suna Hoga (2018-2020), and Princess Charumati in Chandra Nandini (2017) it was a Star Plus serial.
