Latest Tamil comedy Thandatti, billed as a comedy drama, is getting ready to make its OTT debut. The film was written and directed by Ram Sangaiah and it was also a debut directorial film too. Pasupathy played the lead roles and also has an ensemble cast including Rohini, Deepa Shankar, Vivek Prasanna, and Ammu Abhirami in the supporting role.
The movie will make its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 14. The plot revolves around an old woman’s Thandatti (a pair of gold ear ornaments), which disappears mysteriously during her funeral procession. Subramani, an about-to-retire cop, takes on the case, setting off a hilariously chaotic flurry.
On the work front, Pasupathy will star in 'Thangalaan' along with Chiyaan Vikram.
