It is going to be a great weekend for movie buffs with exciting films lined up to debut on the OTT platforms. Nearly 7 titles are likely to be released digitally on July 21st from different languages. Here is a list of the new OTT releases to watch out for:

ASVINS (Netflix from July 20th)

Asvins is a psychological horror film written and directed by Tarun Teja. The film features Vasanth Ravi and Vimala Raman in lead roles. The film follows the story of a gang of YouTubers, who unleash a 1500-year-old evil. What happens next follows the crux of the story.

OH MERI LAILA (Prime Video from July 19th)

The 2022 Malayalam film directed by debutant director Abhishek K. S. It is a Angamaly Diaries and Ajagajantharam fame Antony Varghese’s first romance, comedy film. Newcomer Nandana Rajan is the heroine of the film. The film narrates the story of our hero Lailasuran (Antony Varghese) and his journey in finding One True Love.

Genelia Deshmukh's upcoming JioCinema release, 'Trial Period, is a comedy-drama movie. In this film the actress on the hunt for Father on Trial. Will her search for the ideal dad be a success or an unexpected backfire? The film also features Manav Kaul in a key role.

Unstoppable: Unlimited Fun, a comedy film starring Bigg Boss fame VJ Sunny and comedian Sapthagiri. Two laid-back childhood friends, lose money betting on cricket. They mistakenly wipe out the entire empire of a criminal in the process of recovering the lost funds. And dramedy (drama-comedy) ensues.

YouTuber Kishen Das, Monica Chinnakotla, Soundarya Bala Nandakumar and Naveen George Thomas, too, essaying lead roles. It revolves around a group of friends connecting on a video call are haunted by the spirit of the girl they hit-and-run on their way back from a road trip.
