Alaya F will star in the Hindi remake of Kannada supernatural thriller film U Turn, which featured Shraddha Srinath in the leading role. The Hindi remake rights have been bought by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. U-Turn remake will be Alaya F's only second film that will be directed by debutante Arif Khan.
Thriller film revolves around a journalist who is investigating the case of mysterious deaths of motorists who break a traffic rule on a particular flyover.
The movie was also remade in Telugu- Tamil in 2018, with Samantha Akkineni in lead role. It also has a Bengali as Flyover, Malayalam as Careful.
Worth a Look
The team will reportedly kick star shooting of the film from July 6. Alaya debuted with Jawaani Jaaneman with Saif Ali Khan and Tabu. Her role was appreciated in the comedy film.
