Kanaa fame Darshan, Hridayam fame Darshana Rajendran pair up for New Tamil film. It is directed by renowned filmmaker Thamizh, known for his hard-hitting social drama, Seththumaan.
Director Thamizh is set to make a film in collaboration with renowned novelist Perumal Murugan, who will pen the film’s story and dialogues. The flick story is inspired by his novel, Pookuzhi. Cinemakaaran S Vinoth Kumar is set to produce the movie.
Director says, revolves around lovers from different communities who get married and the events that follow. The story happens in Bangalore and in Dharmapuri.

Deepak handling the cinematography, along with Kannan as the editor. Bindhu Malini and Vedanth Bharadwaj, who had composed the music for Aruvi, will be the music directors for the film.
The shooting of this yet-to-be-titled movie commenced on December 1 in Bangalore. The makers are yet to divulge more details regarding the rest of the cast.
