Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran has completed dubbing for the Prabhas-led film Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire. The gangster drama helmed by KGF franchise director Prashanth Neel. It is backed by Hombale Films and is the first part of the pan-India film series.
Prabhas will play the role of Deva/Salaar in Salaar, while Prithviraj will play the role of Deva’s friend Vardharaja Mannaar/Varadha. Released over a week ago, the trailer for Salaar has crossed 150 million views in all languages combined.
In a post on Instagram, Prithviraj revealed that he dubbed for his character Varadha in five languages.
Worth a Look
Shruthi Haasan, Tinu Anand, Eshwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, and Garuda Ram round out the cast of the film. Anbarivu is credited for stunts and Ravi Basrur for music.
Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire grand release in big screens on December 22, in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.
