It is well known that Ravi Teja is reuniting with his Shock (2006) director Hari Shankar for another film. The makers announced that the film has been titled 'Mr Bachchan'.
Sharing the first look poster along with the title, actor Ravi Teja wrote on X, "Mr Bachchan Naam tho suna hoga. Honoured to play the character with the name of my favourite Amitabh Bachchan saab."
In the poster, Ravi Teja can be seen riding a scooter with shades on and a haircut resembling Bachchan from his 1970s films.
"Mr Bachchan" is Ravi Teja and Shankar's third collaboration after "Shock" (2006) and "Mirapakay" (2011). Also starring Bhagyashri Borse, Mr Bachchan is backed by People Media Factory, Panorama Studios and T-Series. The team recently shared the film pooja ceremony stills.

Meanwhile, Ravi Teja is currently awaiting the release of Eagle, which is also backed by People Media Factory. Eagle will hit theatres on Sankranti 2024.
