After almost eight months of its theatrical release, director Prasobh Vijayan’s Malayalam movie 'Adi' is finally got an OTT release on Zee5 from December 22, 2023. The film will be available in Malayalam language, with subtitle. The movie's OTT release is somewhat of a surprise, with no prior notice made about it by the makers.
"Adi" unfolds on Sajeev and Geethika's wedding day, where a scuffle triggers Sajeev's conflicted male ego, affecting their relationship. Shine Tom Chacko, Ahaana Krishna, and Dhruvan star in this emotional drama.
The movie is scripted by Ratheesh Ravi. Cinematographer Faiz Siddik, music director Govind Vasantha and editor Naufal Abdullah form the core technical crew. It is produced by renowned actor-filmmaker Dulquer Salmaan, under his home banner Wayfarer Films.
