On the occasion of Christmas, the makers of Kunchacko Boban, Suraj Venjaramoodu starrer 'Grrr' released the film's first look poster. The film is written and directed by Jay K who has previously helmed the 2017 film, Ezra. Praveen S has co-written the film with Jay K.
The poster features Suraj hugging Kunchacko trying to escape from a wild animal.
Shruti Ramachandran, Rajesh Madhavan, Anagha and Shobi Thilakan star in it. Grrr is a comedy revolving around a drunkard who jumps into a lion's enclosure. How zookeepers attempt to rescue him forms the rest of the story.
Kunchacko Boban reportedly shot with a real-life lion in South Africa, for this film. The film is being financed by Shaji Nadesan and Arya under the auspices of August Cinemas.

With Jayesh Nair in charge of cinematography, the film’s music and editing are by Dawn Vincent and Vivek Harshan respectively.
Grrr is scheduled to hit theatres in February 2024. The exact release date will update soon.
