The success story of director Karthik Subbaraj’s 'Pizza' franchise seems to continue. After the young directed the first part, the 'Pizza II: Villa' and 'Pizza 3: The Mummy' were directed by Deepan Chakravarthy and Mohan Govind respectively. Now, the makers are all set to begin the fourth instalment of this popular franchise, 'Pizza 4: Home Alone', which will be headlined by Abi Hassan.
The film is written by SJ Arjun, who is also the director of the upcoming comedy film Soodhu Kavvum 2, and Pari K Vijay, who is making his debut with the fantasy comedy film Aalambana. Andrews, who worked as an associate on films like LKG and Kalathil Sandhipom, will make his debut as a director through this film.
Abi Hassan, son of veteran actor Nassar, is known for his performance in films like Kadaram Kondan and Sila Nerangalil Sila Manidhargal. Bala Saravanan has also been roped into play a role in the film.

The technical crew of Pizza 4: Home Alone comprises music composer Hari SR, and editor VB Venkat. CV Kumar will produce the film under his Thirukumaran Entertainments banner, along with S Thangaraj of Thangam Cinemas.
The film is scheduled to go on floors in January, more details about the cast and crew are yet to come.
