Waltair Veerayya is running to packed houses and terrific response from the audience and now Megastar Chiranjeevi has shifted his focus to his next masala action-sentimental film "Bhola Shankar". The film is a remake of Ajith’s Vedalam (2015). Bhola Shankar will be released in theatres worldwide on August 11th. The film will take the advantage of a long weekend owing to the August 15 Independence Day holiday (Tuesday).
Meher Ramesh, after a gap of 10 years, wielded the megaphone. Meher Ramesh known for directing the Kannada film Veera Kannadiga and the Telugu film Billa. The film marks the 7th directorial venture of the director.
Talking about the film, Tamannaah will play the leading lady opposite Chiranjeevi and Keerthy Suresh will play Chiranjeevi’s sister. Sushanth plays a very special lover boy role in the film. Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments is producing Bhola Shankar in collaboration with Creative Commercials.
