The first look poster of Malayalam romantic comedy film Thrishanku was released by the makers. The upcoming film is directed by debutant Achyuth Vinayak, starring Anna Ben and Arjun Ashokan in the lead roles. The film is produced by Sanjay Routary and Sarita Patil, under the banner of Matchbox Shots, in association with Vishnu Shyamaprasad, Lacuna Pictures and Gayatri M, Clocktower Pictures & Co, respectively.

Suresh Krishna, Zarin Shihab, Nandu, and Krishna Kumar are playing other important characters. The cinematography is handled by Jayesh Mohan and Ajmal Sabu, and the editing is done by Rakesh Cherumadam. The music and background score is composed by JK, and the sound design is by Dhanush Nayanar.
