On the occasion of Vinayagar Chathurthi, Jayam Ravi has come up with a special announcement regarding his 30th film with Director M Rajesh, officially titled "Brother". A new poster for the film was also released and featured Ravi in a blue shirt with scenic landscapes behind him.
Priyanka Mohan plays the leading lady, and the supporting cast includes Bhoomika Chawla, Saranya Ponvannan, VTV Ganesh, Natty, Seetha, Achyuth and Rao Ramesh.
The film reportedly deals with a brother and sister sentiment. Bhumika Chawla plays Jayam Ravi's elder sister in the film. Brother will be released in Tamil & Telugu, and the makers yet to announce the release date.
M Rajesh, who has previously helmed films like Siva Manasula Sakthi and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. Harris Jayaraj, who has previously worked with M Rajesh for Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, is composing music for Brother as well. While Vivekanand Santhosh is cranking the camera, Ashish Joseph is taking care of the edit.
The film is bankrolled by Screen Scene Media Entertainment Private Ltd and marks the second collaboration of Jayam Ravi with the production house after Agilan.
