Mammootty and Tamil actor Jiiva starrer Telugu political drama YATRA 2, directed by Mahi V Raghav. A sequel to the 2019 film Yatra, the biopic of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy. The film marks the return of Mammootty as YSR and introduces Jiiva as his son, the current Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
'Yatra 2' is the biopic of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan. His political journey and his decisive victory in the 2019 elections will be portrayed in the film. The makers have unveiled the first look poster, featuring Mammooka and Jiiva in intense character portrayals.
The biopic is jointly backed by V Celluloid and Three Autumn Leaves banner. Santhosh Narayanan is in charge of the soundtrack, while Madhie is handling the cinematography. Fans can mark their calendars for the film's release on February 8, 2024.
