Actor Vishal and filmmaker Hari has been officially named 'Rathnam', as revealed in the recently released 'First Shot' teaser. Now, the makers have shared the first look poster. It shows a blood-soaked Vishal holding a weapon on one hand and a severed head on the other.
Rathnam is produced by Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Production and Kaarthekeyan Santhanam's Zee Studios. The upcoming film will mark the third collaboration between Hari and Vishal after Thamirabharani (2007) and Poojai (2014).
The upcoming action drama also has Samuthirakani, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Yogi Babu, and Gautham Vasudev Menon.

The first shot gave goosebumps to Vishal’s fans. It hints at a story that is sure to captivate audiences and keep them on the edge of their seats.
While Devi Sri Prasad is providing the music for this film, M Sukumar is handling cinematography and TS Jay is taking charge of editing.
"Rathnam” will hit the screens in the summer of 2024.
