A local resident named 'Petition' Pethuraj (K.Bhagyaraj) is well known for filing cases against the general public to be in the limelight. Pethuraj reopens a case which happened way back in 2004, involving a serial killer 'psycho' Jothi who was convicted for kidnapping and murdering five children and two youngsters.

Decent movie and no unwanted love, comedy, fight scenes. Movie May feel like Manithan and Nerkonda Paarvai because of court scenes. But it’s good to watch.
Good to watch
Jyothika acting and story selection is good. Total movie in court scenes but it will not be bored.
