Prithviraj has committed for several projects, which includes both small scale films and highly ambitious ones like Kaaliyan.

Aadujeevitham

Survival Drama film written and directed by Blessy. It is an adaption of the novel of the same name, Aadujeevitham by Bahrain based Indian author Benyamin. Prithviraj Sukumaran as Najeeb, an Indian immigrant worker gone missing in Saudi Arabia. Amala Paul in female lead. AR Rahman composes for a Malayalam film after 25 years, his last Malayalam outing was Sangeeth Sivan directed 1992 film Yoddha. Film shoots were completed in Kerala and Jordan.

Jana Gana Mana

Prithviraj had completed the shoot of Queen fame Dijo Jose Antony’s Jana Gana Mana. Prithviraj playing the role of lawyer. Sharing screen space with Prithviraj in this flick is Suraj Venjaramoodu after Driving Licence.

Cold Case

The film is directed by cinematographer-turned-director Tanu Balak. Cold Case is touted to be an investigative thriller and Prithviraj Sukumaran is essaying the role of ACP Satyajith in the film. Tamil actress Aruvi fame Aditi Balan to play the pivotal female lead in the film. The movie will be extensively shot in Thiruvananthapuram.

Kaduva

Kaduva is a Mass action role, directed by Shaji Kailas comeback after a gap of six years and scripted by Jinu Abraham. Jinu Abraham made his directorial debut with the Prithviraj-starrer Adam Joan. Kaduva is set in the 90s and the story is partially inspired by a real-life incident. Prithviraj playing a planter. Kaduva is being bankrolled by Prithviraj Productions along with Magic Frames. Music by S Thaman.

Kuruthi

Manu Warrier is directing the socio thriller film and it is scripted by Anish Pallyal. Manu marks his debut Mollywood, he had earlier directed the Bollywood film Coffee Bloom. The film is produced by Prithviraj's wife Supriya Sukumaran under the banner Prithviraj Productions. The tagline of the Malayalam film reads, "A vow to kill... an oath to protect!"and it also boasts of an ensemble cast.

Kaaliyan

Kaaliyan is the story of Kunchirakkottu Kali, a 17th-century warrior who lived in Venad. He was a trusted disciple of the legendary warrior Iravikkutty Pillai. Though Iraivikutty Pillai went on to become a part of history, Kaaliyan remained an unsung hero. Prithviraj will be playing Kaaliyan and veteran Tamil actor Sathyaraj will be seen as Iravikkutty Pillai. Mythological drama movie helmed by S Mahesh and script is penned by BD Anil Kumar.
