Veteran star Chiranjeevi’s hit Telugu film Waltair Veerayya released in theatres on January 13, and clashed with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Veer Simha Reddy. It was Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film’s music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Bobby is well-known for his previous films such as Lava Kusa and Sardar Gabbar Singh. The film also starred Ravi Teja, Shruti Haasan, Prakash Raj and Catherine Tresa in pivotal roles.
Chiranjeeevi’s magnetic screen presence, Ravi Teja’s energetic and powerful performance along with a heavy dose of entertainment made Waltair Veerayya a heavy favorite among movie lovers. The flick performed well at the box office both in India as well as abroad. After enthralling audience in theatres, Waltair Veerayya OTT release is also expected to create some milestones on Netflix on February 27.
After this movie, Chiranjeevi will start working on Meher Ramesh's upcoming film Bholaa Shankar, a remake of the 2015 Tamil film Vedalam
