Bigg Boss Telugu contestant Syed Sohel Ryan (Sohel) plays the titular role of Telugu film Mr Pregnant. It released in theatres on August 18 and opened to mixed responses from viewers and had a limited run in theatres. Nearly seven weeks after its theatrical release, Mr Pregnant is now out on 2 OTT platforms.
It is available on Prime Video and AHA Video from October 06, 2023. The synopsis of Mr. Pregnant reads, "After marrying Mahi, Gautham bravely chooses to carry her child and becomes pregnant. However, it prompts social backlash and family responses that they both need to confront".
Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya girl Roopa Koduvayur was cast as the female lead in the film. Suhasini Maniratham, Raja Ravindra, Brahmaji, Ali, Harsha, Abhishek Reddy Bobbala, Swapnika played other pivotal roles in the film which had story, screenplay and direction by Srinivas Vinjanampati.
